The Auxiliary Board of The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey is a nonprofit organization established in 1963 by founder Shirley (Thomas) Hartig. Shirley made it our mission to help save children’s lives. Our two charter members, Ruth Bartasawitz and Marilyn Carroll, along with thirty women remain committed to promoting good public relations for The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey and fundraising for their Infant Care and Adoption Program.
The Auxiliary Board meets once a month to collaborate on fun and creative ideas to generate funds for such worthy causes. We invite local women to join us in saving children’s lives.
