Meet Our Family

Hi, we are John and Amy, and we would like to thank you for taking time to get to know us. We understand that this is a difficult time for you. It is our sincere hope for you that you will find comfort and peace in the choices you make for your child.

John works as a mechanical engineer, and Amy works part-time as an administrative assistant in a fiscal department. We have a four-year-old son named Abe. We are a nurturing, supportive and happy family that loves to laugh and enjoy our time together. During our working hours, we have a loving childcare provider, who has become a family friend, caring for our son in our home. In our free time you can usually find us gardening, biking, spending time with friends and family, or visiting some of the local parks. We live on a quiet country road and our home has a big backyard, which is a great place for Abe and our dog to play. Abe can’t wait to share it with his little brother or sister.

We approach adoption with open hearts and open minds, from a place of love and compassion. We hope to work with you to create a positive relationship, and you can expect us to act with honesty and utmost respect for your feelings. We would like to exchange photos and letters with you so that you will know how your child is doing as he or she grows. If you choose us to parent your child, please know that we will do our very best to give your child all of the love, stability and happiness that we know you would wish for him or her.
