COLLEGE GRADS RAISE FUNDS FOR OUR BABIES

CHS of NJ board chair Rosalind H. Doctor, Ph.D., (above, center) accepts a $2,000 check from the Theta Phi Alpha National Alumnae Association.  The association chose to “adopt” CHS of NJ as the recipient of their charitable work. The money, raised by association members through the “Baby Bottle Formula of Hope” fundraiser, will be used to purchase clothing, blankets, equipment and upfront medical care needed by the babies in our Infant Foster Care Program as they await placement with permanent families. Plans are already full swing ahead for their Spring Baby Bottle fundraiser!

MORE CAMPUS VOLUNTEERS!

The members of Phi Sigma Pi, a coed fraternity at Kutztown University, conducted a “Baby Bottle” fundraiser on campus that raised more than $500 for our Infant Foster Care program. The drive was organized by Lindsay Woolcock (seated, far right), the former CHS of NJ baby who was featured in this year’s Red Stocking Appeal.

Trenton Auxiliary’s “43rd Annual Brunch with Santa” a day of fun for everyone!

Members of our Trenton Auxiliary (above) captured the attention and imagination of children and parents alike with their presentation of “The Bell Family,” the whimsical play they performed at this year’s “Brunch with Santa” fundraiser which raised over $18,000. The day was filled with fun and games and holiday cheer and included a special visit from Santa. Congratulations to everyone involved in this successful and fun-filled event!

Congratulations to our Bucks County Auxiliary (above) on the success of their 12th Annual Fall Auction. Under the direction of Auxiliary President Janis Compitello and Chairwomen Peggie Hahn and Kirsten Hyland, the members raised more than $9,500 to benefit our children and families. Thanks to everyone who participated in this spectacular event!
